Other email clients

If you're using a different email client, such as Mozilla Mail, Opera Mail, or Windows Live Mail, you can try the following:

  1. Check your email client's settings or preferences for an option to disable automatic updates.
  2. Look for a setting related to "send and receive" or "update frequency" and toggle it off.

Keep in mind that disabling automatic updates may affect your email client's performance or functionality. It's always a good idea to check with your email provider or client support for specific instructions on how to manage updates.
