How to unarchive gmail messages

To unarchive Gmail messages, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Gmail Web Interface

  1. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab to view your inbox.
  3. Click on the "More" menu at the top of the page and select "All Mail" from the dropdown menu.
  4. This will show you all your emails, including archived ones.
  5. Click on the email you want to unarchive.
  6. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  7. Select "Unarchive" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: Using the Gmail Mobile App

  1. Open the Gmail app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap on the "Inbox" tab to view your inbox.
  3. Tap on the "Menu" icon (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of the screen.
  4. Tap on "All Mail" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Find the email you want to unarchive and swipe it to the left.
  6. Tap on the "Unarchive" button that appears.

Method 3: Using Gmail's Search Function

  1. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
