How to update signature in w10 mail
To update your signature in Windows 10 Mail, follow these steps:
- Open the Mail app: You can find the Mail app on your Start menu or in your Apps list.
- Click on the gear icon: In the top right corner of the Mail app, click on the gear icon ().
- Select "View all Outlook settings": From the drop-down menu, select "View all Outlook settings".
- Scroll down to the "Compose" section: In the Outlook settings page, scroll down to the "Compose" section.
