If i delete a message on gmail does it unsend

When you delete a message in Gmail, it doesn't actually "unsend" it. Instead, it moves the message to the "Trash" folder, where it will remain for a certain period of time before being permanently deleted.

Here's what happens when you delete a message in Gmail:

  1. The message is moved to the "Trash" folder.
  2. The message remains in the "Trash" folder for 30 days.
  3. After 30 days, the message is permanently deleted from your Gmail account.

If you want to recover a deleted message in Gmail, you can do so within the 30-day window. Here's how:

  1. Go to the "Trash" folder in your Gmail account.
  2. Find the deleted message you want to recover.
  3. Click on the message to open it.
  4. Click on the "Move to Inbox" button to move the message back to your inbox.

Note that if you've deleted a message and it's been more than 30 days since you deleted it, it's likely been permanently deleted and can't be recovered.

As for "unsending" a message, Gmail doesn't have a built-in feature to do so. Once you've sent a message, it's gone and can't be recalled. However, you can use third-party add-ons or plugins to help you recover or recall sent messages, but these are not officially supported by Gmail.
