Iphone charter email setup
To set up your iPhone for Charter email, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings
- Tap on the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
Step 2: Add a New Account
- Tap on "Add Account" at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Other" as the email provider.
Step 3: Enter Your Charter Email Account Information
- Enter your Charter email address in the "Username" field.
- Enter your Charter email password in the "Password" field.
- Enter your Charter email server information:
- Server: mail.charter.com
- Host Name: mail.charter.com
- Port: 995 (for IMAP) or 587 (for SMTP)
- Tap "Next" at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Verify Your Account Information
- Verify your account information by tapping "Save" at the top right corner of the screen.
- If your account information is correct, you will see a success message.
Step 5: Set Up Your Charter Email Account
- Tap on "Mail" to set up your Charter email account.
- Choose how you want to set up your account:
- IMAP: This allows you to access your email from multiple devices and keep your email synchronized across all devices.
- POP3: This allows you to access your email from one device at a time.
- Tap "Save" at the top right corner of the screen to save your changes.
Step 6: Verify Your Charter Email Account
- Open the "Mail" app to verify that your Charter email account is set up correctly.
- Check your email by tapping on the "Inbox" tab.
- If you see your Charter email account listed, you are all set!
That's it! Your iPhone should now be set up for Charter email.
