Iphone mail junk mail settings

To manage junk mail settings on your iPhone, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Mail app

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on the "Mail" button in the top left corner to go back to the inbox.
  3. Tap on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner.
  4. Scroll down and tap on "Junk Mail".
  5. Toggle the switch next to "Junk Mail Filtering" to the "On" position.
  6. You can also adjust the level of junk mail filtering by tapping on "Filtering Level" and selecting from the following options:
    • "Low": Fewer messages are marked as junk.
    • "Medium" (default): A balance between accuracy and false positives.
    • "High": More messages are marked as junk.
  7. To add specific senders or domains to the "Safe Senders" list, tap on "Safe Senders" and enter the email address or domain.
  8. To add specific senders or domains to the "Blocked Senders" list, tap on "Blocked Senders" and enter the email address or domain.

Method 2: Using the Settings app

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap on "Mail".
  3. Tap on "Junk Mail".
  4. Toggle the switch next to "Junk Mail Filtering" to the "On" position.
