3. What happens to my BigPond email account?: If you have a BigPond email account, you'll need to take action to migrate to Outlook. Telstra will automatically migrate your email account to Outlook, but you'll need to:
   • Update your email client or app to use the Outlook login credentials.
   • Update any email aliases or forwarding rules.
   • Update any email clients or apps that use your BigPond email account.
4. What if I don't want to migrate to Outlook?: If you don't want to migrate to Outlook, you can choose to close your BigPond email account. However, please note that this will mean you'll no longer have access to your email account, and any emails or data stored in your account will be lost.
