Is windows mail still available
A blast from the past!
Windows Mail was a free email client that was included with Windows Vista and Windows 7. It was a replacement for Outlook Express, which was included with earlier versions of Windows.
Unfortunately, Windows Mail is no longer available as a standalone application. Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows Mail, and it is no longer included with newer versions of Windows.
However, there are some alternatives you can use:
- Windows Live Mail: This is a free email client that was developed by Microsoft and is still available for download. It's similar to Windows Mail, but it's not as feature-rich. You can download Windows Live Mail from the Microsoft website.
- Microsoft Outlook: This is a more powerful email client that is part of the Microsoft Office suite. It's available as a standalone application or as part of the Microsoft Office 365 subscription service.
- Mozilla Thunderbird: This is a free, open-source email client that is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It's highly customizable and has many features that are similar to Windows Mail.
- Other email clients: There are many other email clients available for Windows, such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and Outlook.com. These clients are web-based, so you can access your email from any device with an internet connection.
