Ismaili date imam muhammad

Ismaili Muslims believe that their 49th Imam, Muhammad ibn Ismail, was the last Imam to have a physical presence on earth. He is believed to have disappeared in the 9th century and is considered to be in a state of occultation, where he is still alive but not physically visible to humans.

According to Ismaili tradition, Imam Muhammad ibn Ismail was born in 813 CE and was the son of Ismail ibn Jafar, the 7th Imam of the Ismaili branch of Shia Islam. He was known for his wisdom, piety, and leadership skills, and was considered to be the rightful successor to his father.

Imam Muhammad ibn Ismail is believed to have disappeared in 874 CE, when he was around 61 years old. The exact circumstances of his disappearance are not known, but it is believed that he went into occultation to protect himself and his followers from persecution.

During his occultation, Imam Muhammad ibn Ismail is believed to have continued to guide his followers through a series of appointed agents, known as da'i (plural of da'i). These da'i were responsible for interpreting the Imam's teachings and guiding the Ismaili community.

The Ismaili community has continued to believe in the existence of Imam Muhammad ibn Ismail and has maintained that he will one day return to earth to establish a period of justice and peace. This belief is based on a hadith (a saying or action of the Prophet Muhammad) that is considered to be authentic by Ismaili Muslims, which states that the Imam will return before the end of time.

Ismaili Muslims believe that the return of Imam Muhammad ibn Ismail will mark the beginning of a new era of peace and prosperity, and that he will establish a just and equitable society based on the principles of Islam.
