Ismaili faith university

There is no single "Ismaili Faith University" that is widely recognized or accredited. However, there are several institutions of higher learning that have been established by the Ismaili community or have strong ties to the Ismaili faith. Here are a few examples:

  1. Aga Khan University (AKU): Located in Karachi, Pakistan, AKU is a private university that was founded in 1983 by the Aga Khan Foundation. It has campuses in Pakistan, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, and offers a range of undergraduate and graduate programs in fields such as medicine, nursing, engineering, and business.
  2. Ismaili University (IU): Located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, IU is a private university that was established in 1996 by the Ismaili community. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs in fields such as business, education, and health sciences.
  3. University of Central Asia (UCA): Located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, UCA is a private university that was founded in 2000 by the Aga Khan Development Network. It has campuses in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan, and offers undergraduate and graduate programs in fields such as business, economics, and environmental studies.
  4. Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS): Located in London, UK, IIS is a research institute that was established in 1985 by the Aga Khan Foundation. It offers graduate programs in Islamic studies and has a strong focus on research and scholarship.

These institutions are not necessarily exclusively Ismaili, but they have strong ties to the Ismaili community and may offer programs or courses that are relevant to Ismaili studies or Islamic studies more broadly.
