Jesselton Quay was a popular tourist destination in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, back in the day. It was a bustling waterfront area with shops, restaurants, and hotels. However, it's no longer in operation today.

As for SBC Global, it was a internet service provider (ISP) that was popular in the early 2000s. They offered email services, among other things. If you're looking to access your old SBC Global email account, you might be able to do so through the AT&T Yahoo! Mail service, as SBC Global was acquired by AT&T in 2005.

Here's how you can access your old SBC Global email account:

1. Go to the AT&T Yahoo! Mail website (www.att.yahoo.com).
2. Click on the "Sign In" button at the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your SBC Global email address and password.
4. If you're unable to sign in, you can try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link.

Please note that SBC Global email accounts are no longer actively supported, and you may not be able to access your account if it's been inactive for a long time.
