In Exchange 2010, you can manage junk mail by using the Junk Email Reporting Tool (JERT) and the Junk Email Filter. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you exchange (pun intended!) junk mail lists:

Step 1: Enable the Junk Email Filter

  1. Open the Exchange Management Console.
  2. Navigate to Organization Configuration > Hub Transport > Anti-Spam.
  3. Right-click on the Junk Email Filter and select "New Junk Email Filter".
  4. Configure the filter settings as desired (e.g., enable or disable the filter, set the junk email threshold, etc.).

Step 2: Configure the Junk Email Reporting Tool (JERT)

  1. Open the Exchange Management Console.
  2. Navigate to Organization Configuration > Hub Transport > Anti-Spam.
  3. Right-click on the Junk Email Reporting Tool and select "New Junk Email Reporting Tool".

Step 3: Create a Junk Mail List
