Prerequisites:

Step 1: Sign in to Office 365

  1. Go to office.com and sign in with your KU email address and password.
  2. Click on the "Sign in" button and enter your email address and password.

Step 2: Set up your KU email account in Office

  1. Once signed in, click on the "Office 365" button in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Click on "View account" and then click on "Manage your account" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Email" section and click on "Set up email".
  4. Select "Add an email account" and then select "Advanced setup".
