Live.com.au mail settings
To set up your Live.com.au email account on your device, you'll need to configure the mail settings. Here are the steps:
Incoming Mail Server Settings:
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 993
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail Server Settings:
- Server: smtp.office365.com
- Port: 587
- Encryption: TLS
- Authentication: TLS
Additional Settings:
- Username: Your Live.com.au email address (e.g., [yourname]@live.com.au)
- Password: Your Live.com.au email password
- IMAP: Yes (for incoming mail)
- SMTP: Yes (for outgoing mail)
Device-Specific Settings:
- For Android devices:
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Add account > Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
- Enter your email address, password, and domain (live.com.au)
- Tap "Next" and then "Sign in"
- For iOS devices:
- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
- Select "Microsoft Exchange"
