According to Loft's website, here are the details on returning items by mail:
Return Policy:
- Loft offers free returns on all online orders within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, go to the "My Account" section of the website, click on "Order History," and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
- Fill out the return form and print it out.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, if possible, and include the return form.
- Ship the package back to Loft using a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Return Shipping:
- Loft provides a pre-paid return shipping label for returns in the United States.
- To obtain a return shipping label, go to the "My Account" section of the website, click on "Order History," and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
- Fill out the return form and print it out. The return shipping label will be included with the form.
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package and ship it back to Loft.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after Loft receives the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account.
- If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a new gift card.
Exceptions:
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items that are damaged or worn out may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items that are missing tags or packaging may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
