Loft.com/returns return by mail
According to Loft's return policy, you can return items by mail. Here are the steps to follow:
- Start a return: Go to Loft's website and sign in to your account. Click on "My Account" and then "Order History" to find the order containing the item you want to return. Click on the "Return" button next to the item.
- Print a return label: Once you've started a return, you'll be given the option to print a return label. You can print this label from your home printer or have one sent to you via email.
