Log out mail on mac

To log out of Mail on a Mac, follow these steps:

1. Open the Mail app on your Mac.
2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen.
3. Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
5. Select the account you want to log out of from the list of accounts on the left side of the window.
6. Click the "Edit" button next to the account.
7. Uncheck the box next to "Use this account" to log out of the account.
8. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Alternatively, you can also log out of Mail by going to the "Mail" menu and selecting "Quit Mail" or by clicking on the "Mail" menu and selecting "Log Out".

Note: If you are using a iCloud account, you will need to log out of iCloud on your Mac to log out of Mail. To do this, go to System Preferences > iCloud, select the account you want to log out of, and click the "Sign Out" button.
