Log out of gmail safari
To log out of Gmail in Safari on a Mac or PC, follow these steps:
Method 1: Log out from the Gmail account settings
- Open Safari and go to Gmail.com
- Click on your profile picture or initial in the top right corner of the page
- Click on "Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Scroll down to the "Sign out" section
- Click on "Sign out" to log out of your Gmail account
Method 2: Log out from the Safari settings
- Open Safari and go to Gmail.com
- Click on "Safari" in the top menu bar
- Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu
- Click on the "Privacy" tab
- Click on "Manage Website Data" (or "Remove All Website Data" in older versions of Safari)
- Find Gmail.com in the list of websites and click the "Remove" button next to it
- Confirm that you want to remove the website data
Method 3: Log out from the browser's password manager
- Open Safari and go to Gmail.com
- Click on "Safari" in the top menu bar
- Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu
- Click on the "Passwords" tab
- Find your Gmail account in the list of saved passwords
- Click the "Edit" button next to it
- Click "Remove" to remove the password
After logging out, you should be signed out of your Gmail account in Safari.
