To log in to your KU email account, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the KU email login page: https://email.ku.edu
2. Enter your KU Online ID and password in the required fields.
3. Click the "Log In" button to access your email account.

Note: If you are having trouble logging in, you can try the following:

• Make sure you are using the correct KU Online ID and password.
• Check that your browser is set to accept cookies.
• Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
• Contact the KU IT Help Center for assistance.

Additionally, you can also use the KU email mobile app to access your email account on your mobile device. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

If you are a new student or employee, you will need to activate your KU Online ID and password before you can log in to your email account. You can do this by following these steps:

1. Go to the KU Online ID activation page: https://onlineid.ku.edu
2. Enter your KU student ID or employee ID and other required information.
3. Follow the prompts to create your KU Online ID and password.
