Long lines email setup
Here's an example of how to set up an email client to use Long Lines:
Step 1: Create a new email account
- Go to your email provider's website (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) and create a new account.
- Fill in the required information, such as your name, email address, and password.
Step 2: Set up your email client
- Choose an email client that you prefer to use (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail).
- Open the email client and go to the settings or preferences menu.
- Look for the "Accounts" or "Email" section and click on it.
Step 3: Add your email account
- Click on the "Add Account" or "New Account" button.
- Enter your email address and password in the required fields.
- Click on the "Next" or "Continue" button.
Step 4: Configure your email settings
- In the "Incoming Mail Server" field, enter the following information:
- Server: imap.gmail.com (or your email provider's IMAP server)
- Port: 993

- Set the "Long Lines" option to "Yes" or "Enabled".

Step 6: Test your email account
- Close and reopen your email client to ensure that the changes take effect.
- Try sending and receiving emails to test your account.
