Macos mail signature

To add a signature to your Mail app on a Mac, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac.
  2. Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
  3. In the Preferences window, click on the "Signatures" tab.
  4. Click on the "Add Signature" button.
  5. In the "Signature" field, type in your signature text. You can format the text using the tools available in the toolbar, such as bold, italic, and font size.
  6. Click on the "OK" button to save the signature.
  7. To add the signature to your outgoing emails, click on the "Signature" dropdown menu in the Mail app's toolbar and select the signature you just created.

Alternatively, you can also add a signature to your Mail app by using the "Signature" field in the "Compose" window. To do this:

  1. Open the Mail app and start composing a new email.
  2. Click on the "Signature" field at the bottom of the compose window.
  3. Type in your signature text and format it using the tools available in the toolbar.
  4. Click on the "OK" button to save the signature.

Note: You can also use the "Insert" menu to add a signature to your email. To do this, click on the "Insert" menu and select "Signature" from the dropdown menu.
