Macy's easy returns by mail login

To access the Macy's Easy Returns by Mail login page, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Macy's website at www.macys.com.
2. Click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on "My Account" and then select "Order History" from the dropdown menu.
4. Find the order you want to return and click on the "Return" button next to it.
5. Select "Return by Mail" as the return method.
6. Fill out the return form with the required information, including your order number, reason for return, and any additional comments.
7. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package.
8. Ship the package back to Macy's using a trackable shipping method.

Alternatively, you can also login to your Macy's account and access the Easy Returns by Mail feature through the "My Account" page. To do this:

1. Go to the Macy's website at www.macys.com.
2. Click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on "My Account" and then login with your email address and password.
4. Click on the "Easy Returns" tab.
5. Select "Return by Mail" as the return method.
6. Follow the prompts to fill out the return form and print the return label.

Note: You will need to have a valid order number and the original packaging and tags to be eligible for a return by mail.
