Mail folders in windows 8.1

In Windows 8.1, you can create and manage mail folders in the Mail app to organize your emails. Here's how:

Creating a new folder:

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Click on the "Folders" button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  3. Click on "New Folder" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter a name for your new folder and click "OK".

Moving emails to a folder:

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Select the email you want to move to a folder.
  3. Right-click on the email and select "Move to" from the context menu.
  4. Select the folder you want to move the email to from the dropdown menu.

Renaming a folder:

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Click on the "Folders" button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  3. Right-click on the folder you want to rename.
  4. Select "Rename" from the context menu.
  5. Enter a new name for the folder and click "OK".

Deleting a folder:

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Click on the "Folders" button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  3. Right-click on the folder you want to delete.
  4. Select "Delete" from the context menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the folder.
