Top Left Corner:

• Recipient's Name (in capital letters)
• Street Address (in capital letters)
• Apartment or Suite Number (if applicable)
• City (in capital letters)
• State (in capital letters, abbreviated)
• ZIP Code (in capital letters)

Example:

Top Right Corner:

• Return Address (optional, but recommended)

Bottom Left Corner:

• Postage Stamp (affixed to the envelope)
