You're looking to download Telegram and Mailgram!

Telegram:

1. Go to the Telegram website (telegram.org) and click on the "Download" button.
2. Choose the platform you're using (Android, iOS, or Desktop).
3. Follow the installation instructions to install Telegram on your device.

Mailgram:

Mailgram is not a standalone app, but rather a feature within Telegram. To use Mailgram, you need to have Telegram installed on your device.

1. Open Telegram and go to the "Settings" (represented by three horizontal lines) > "Secret Chats" > "Mailgram".
2. Enable Mailgram by toggling the switch to the "On" position.
3. You can now use Mailgram to send and receive emails within Telegram.

Note: Mailgram is still in beta and may not be available in all regions or languages.
