Mail merge word 2010 no return address on envelope

A classic issue!

In Microsoft Word 2010, when using the Mail Merge feature to create envelopes, the return address is typically included by default. However, if you don't want to include the return address on the envelope, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open your Word document and go to the "Mailings" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "Envelopes" button in the "Create" group.
  3. In the "Envelopes and Labels" dialog box, select the envelope layout you want to use.
  4. Click on the "Options" button at the bottom of the dialog box.
  5. In the "Envelopes and Labels Options" dialog box, uncheck the box next to "Include a return address on the envelope".
  6. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
  7. Click "OK" again to close the "Envelopes and Labels" dialog box.
  8. Word will now create the envelopes without the return address.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Envelope Options" dialog box to remove the return address. To do this:

  5. In the "Envelope Options" dialog box, click on the "Return Address" tab.
  6. Uncheck the box next to "Include a return address on the envelope".
  7. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.
  8. Click "OK" again to close the "Envelopes and Labels" dialog box.

By following these steps, you should be able to create envelopes without the return address using Microsoft Word 2010's Mail Merge feature.
