Mail.com forward to gmail

A common question!

To forward emails from your mail.com account to your Gmail account, you'll need to set up a forwarder in your mail.com account. Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Log in to your mail.com account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Forwarding" section.
  4. Click on "Add a forwarder" and enter your Gmail address in the "Forward to" field.
  5. Choose the forwarding option you prefer:
    • "Forward all incoming mail" will forward all emails from your mail.com account to your Gmail account.
    • "Forward only messages from specific senders" allows you to specify specific senders whose emails you want to forward.
  6. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Method 2: POP3/IMAP settings in Gmail

Alternatively, you can set up POP3 or IMAP settings in your Gmail account to retrieve emails from your mail.com account. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner and select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Go to the "Accounts and Import" tab.
  4. Click on "Add a POP3 mail account" or "Add an IMAP mail account" (depending on your preference).
  5. Enter your mail.com account details:
    • POP3/IMAP server: pop.mail.com (for POP3) or imap.mail.com (for IMAP)
    • Port: 110 (for POP3) or 143 (for IMAP)
    • Username: your mail.com email address
    • Password: your mail.com account password
  6. Click "Add account" to complete the setup.

Once you've set up the forwarder or POP3/IMAP settings, emails from your mail.com account will be forwarded to your Gmail account.
