Mail.com gmail settings

To set up mail.com with Gmail, you'll need to configure your mail.com account to use Gmail's SMTP server. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Enable IMAP in your mail.com account

  1. Log in to your mail.com account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
  3. Scroll down to the "Accounts" section and click on "Edit".
  4. Under "IMAP", toggle the switch to "On".

Step 2: Configure your mail.com account with Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "See all settings".
  3. Click on the "Accounts and Import" tab.
  4. Click on "Add a POP3 mail account" or "Add a mail account" (depending on your Gmail version).
  5. Enter your mail.com email address and password.
  6. Click on "Next" and then "Add account".

Step 3: Configure the SMTP server

  1. In your Gmail settings, click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
  2. Scroll down to the "IMAP Access" section and make sure it's enabled.
  3. Click on the "SMTP" tab.
  4. Enter the following settings:
    • SMTP Server: smtp.mail.com
    • Port: 587
    • Username: your mail.com email address
    • Password: your mail.com password
  5. Click on "Save Changes".

Step 4: Verify your mail.com account

  1. Go back to your mail.com account and log in.
  2. Click on the gear icon and select "Settings".
  3. Scroll down to the "Accounts" section and click on "Edit".
  4. Under "Verification", you should see a message indicating that your account is verified.

That's it! Your mail.com account should now be set up to work with Gmail. You can send and receive emails using your mail.com account through Gmail.
