Mailman's motto

A fun one!

After some research, I found a few "mottos" that are often attributed to mailmen:

  1. "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." - This is the official motto of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and is inscribed on the James Farley Post Office in New York City.
  2. "Neither rain, nor snow, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays this courier from the swift completion of his appointed rounds." - This is a slightly modified version of the USPS motto, often used to describe the dedication and perseverance of mail carriers.
  3. "Delivering smiles, one piece of mail at a time." - This is a more lighthearted and modern motto that captures the friendly and approachable nature of many mail carriers.

Of course, these are just a few examples, and individual mailmen may have their own personal mottos or sayings that reflect their values and approach to their work.
