Make email default gmail
Here's how to set Gmail as the default email client on your device:
For Android Devices:
- Go to your device's Settings app.
- Scroll down and select "Apps" or "Application Manager".
- Find the "Email" or "Email Client" app and select it.
- Tap the "Default" or "Default App" button.
- Select "Gmail" from the list of available email clients.
- Tap "OK" to confirm.
For iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad):
- Go to your device's Settings app.
- Scroll down and select "Mail".
- Tap on "Default Email App".
- Select "Gmail" from the list of available email clients.
- Tap "Back" to save your changes.
For Desktop Computers (Windows/Mac):
For Windows:
- Right-click on the Start button and select "System".
- Click on "Default apps" on the left side of the window.
- Click on "Email" under the "Default apps" section.
- Select "Gmail" from the list of available email clients.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
For Mac:
- Click on the Apple menu and select "System Preferences".
- Click on "General".
- Click on the "Default email reader" dropdown menu.
- Select "Gmail" from the list of available email clients.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
Once you've set Gmail as your default email client, it should open automatically when you click on email links or try to compose a new email from another app.
