Mark all as read apple mail

A simple yet satisfying task!

To mark all messages as read in Apple Mail on a Mac:

1. Open Apple Mail.
2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen.
3. Select "Mark All" from the drop-down menu.
4. Choose "Mark as Read" from the submenu.

Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut:

• Command (⌘) + A to select all messages
• Command (⌘) + Shift + R to mark all selected messages as read

On an iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Mail app.
2. Tap on the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Tap on "Mark All" at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap on "Mark as Read" from the menu.

Alternatively, you can also use the swipe gesture:

• Swipe left on a message to mark it as read
• Swipe left on multiple messages to mark them all as read

That's it! All your messages should now be marked as read.
