Marks and spencer returns label royal mail

A very specific question!

According to the Marks & Spencer website, if you need to return an item to them, you can use a Royal Mail returns label. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Marks & Spencer website and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on "My Account" and then "Order History" to find the order containing the item you want to return.
  3. Click on the "Return" button next to the item you want to return.
  4. Select the reason for return and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. You will be given a returns label to print out. This label will have a unique returns number on it.
  6. Attach the label to the outside of the package and ensure it is securely closed.
  7. Take the package to a Royal Mail Post Office or a Royal Mail Collection Point.

The returns label will be pre-paid, so you won't need to pay for postage. Just make sure to use the correct label and follow the instructions carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

It's worth noting that you should return the item within 28 days of receiving it, and it must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
