Mass mailing in Outlook!
Outlook provides a feature called "Mass Mail" or "Bulk Send" that allows you to send the same email to multiple recipients at once. Here's how to do it:
Method 1: Using the "Mass Mail" feature
- Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on the "New Email" button to create a new email message.
- Enter the recipient's email addresses in the "To" field. You can add multiple addresses by separating them with semicolons (;).
- Write your email message as usual.
- Click on the "Mass Mail" button in the "Home" tab.
- In the "Mass Mail" dialog box, select the recipients you want to send the email to.
- Choose the email account you want to use to send the email.
- Click "Send" to send the email to all recipients.
