Mass mailing in Outlook!

Outlook provides a feature called "Mass Mail" or "Bulk Send" that allows you to send the same email to multiple recipients at once. Here's how to do it:

Method 1: Using the "Mass Mail" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "New Email" button to create a new email message.
  3. Enter the recipient's email addresses in the "To" field. You can add multiple addresses by separating them with semicolons (;).
  4. Write your email message as usual.
  5. Click on the "Mass Mail" button in the "Home" tab.
  6. In the "Mass Mail" dialog box, select the recipients you want to send the email to.
  7. Choose the email account you want to use to send the email.
  8. Click "Send" to send the email to all recipients.

Method 2: Using the "Bulk Send" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click on the "New Email" button to create a new email message.
