Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) allows you to unthread emails, which means to remove the thread structure and display all emails in a flat list. Here's how to do it:
Method 1: Using the "Unthread" button
- Open your Microsoft 365 mailbox and navigate to the folder containing the emails you want to unthread.
- Select the first email in the thread you want to unthread.
- Right-click on the selected email and choose "Unthread" from the context menu.
- Confirm that you want to unthread the emails by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.

Method 2: Using the "View" menu
