Microsoft mail forwarding

Microsoft Mail Forwarding is a feature that allows you to forward emails from your Microsoft account to another email address. This feature is useful if you want to keep your primary email address private or if you want to receive emails from multiple accounts in one place.

Here's how to set up Microsoft Mail Forwarding:

Method 1: Forwarding emails from Outlook.com

  1. Sign in to your Outlook.com account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
  3. Scroll down to the "Mail" section and click on "Forwarding."
  4. Toggle the switch next to "Forward my email to another account" to the "On" position.
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward your emails to in the "Forward my email to" field.
  6. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Method 2: Forwarding emails from Microsoft 365

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft 365 account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
  3. Scroll down to the "Mail" section and click on "Forwarding."
  4. Toggle the switch next to "Forward my email to another account" to the "On" position.
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward your emails to in the "Forward my email to" field.
  6. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Note: When you set up mail forwarding, all emails sent to your Microsoft account will be forwarded to the specified email address. This means that you will not receive emails in your Microsoft account inbox.
