Move pics from google app to gmail

To move pictures from Google Photos to Google Drive (which is linked to Gmail), you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Google Photos app

  1. Open the Google Photos app on your device.
  2. Tap on the profile icon (your picture) in the top right corner.
  3. Tap on "Settings" (represented by a gear icon).
  4. Scroll down to "Backup & sync" and toggle the switch to the "On" position.
  5. Go to your Google Drive account (you can access it through the Google Drive app or website).
  6. You should see the pictures from Google Photos uploaded to your Google Drive account.

Method 2: Using the Google Drive app

  1. Open the Google Drive app on your device.
  2. Tap on the "+" icon at the bottom right corner to create a new folder.
  3. Name the folder (e.g., "Pictures from Google Photos").
  4. Go back to the Google Photos app and select the pictures you want to move.
  5. Tap on the "Share" icon (represented by a box with an arrow coming out of it).
  6. Select "Google Drive" as the sharing option.
  7. Choose the folder you created in step 2.
  8. The pictures will be uploaded to your Google Drive account.
