A blast from the past!

To set up FileZilla to connect to your MSN (Hotmail) email account, you'll need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Download and install FileZilla

If you haven't already, download and install FileZilla from the official website: https://filezilla-project.org/download.php

Step 2: Create a new site in FileZilla

Launch FileZilla and go to File > Site Manager. Click New Site and give your site a name (e.g., "MSN Email").

Step 3: Configure the site settings

In the Host field, enter imap-mail.outlook.com (for IMAP) or pop3-mail.outlook.com (for POP3).

In the Port field, enter 993 (for IMAP) or 995 (for POP3).

In the Username field, enter your full Hotmail email address (e.g., [email protected]).

In the Password field, enter your Hotmail email password.

Step 4: Save the site settings

Click Connect to test the connection. If everything is set up correctly, you should see a list of your email folders.

Step 5: Configure the email client

To access your email using FileZilla, you'll need to configure the email client to use IMAP or POP3. Here are the settings:

• IMAP: imap-mail.outlook.com (Port: 993)
• POP3: pop3-mail.outlook.com (Port: 995)

You can also use the FileZilla Email Client plugin to access your email directly from FileZilla.

That's it! You should now be able to access your MSN (Hotmail) email account using FileZilla.
