Msn history delete mail

A blast from the past!

MSN Hotmail was a popular email service that was acquired by Microsoft in 1997. If you're looking to delete your MSN Hotmail account and its associated email history, here's a step-by-step guide:

Method 1: Delete your account through the MSN Hotmail website

  1. Go to the MSN Hotmail website (www.hotmail.com) and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on the "Options" button at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete your account by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up window.

Method 2: Delete your account through the Microsoft account settings

  1. Go to the Microsoft account settings page (account.microsoft.com) and sign in with your MSN Hotmail email address and password.
  2. Click on "Security" from the menu on the left side of the page.
  3. Scroll down to the "Account actions" section and click on "Close account".
  4. Confirm that you want to close your account by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up window.

Deleting email history

After deleting your account, your email history will be deleted as well. However, if you want to delete your email history manually, you can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your MSN Hotmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Select all the emails in your inbox by checking the box at the top left corner of the page.
  4. Click on the "Delete" button at the top of the page.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the selected emails by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up window.

Note that deleting your email history will permanently remove all your emails, including sent and received messages, from your account. Make sure you have backed up any important emails or data before deleting your account.

Remember that deleting your MSN Hotmail account will also delete your associated Outlook.com account, if you have one. If you want to keep your Outlook.com account, you'll need to create a new account or use an existing one.
