Netvigator mail outlook 2015

To set up Netvigator email account in Outlook 2015, follow these steps:

Step 1: Create a new profile in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook 2015 and go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles.
  2. Click on "Show Profiles" and then click on "Add".
  3. Enter a name for your new profile (e.g. "Netvigator") and click "OK".

Step 2: Add the Netvigator email account

  1. Go back to the Outlook main window and click on File > Add Account.
  2. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
  3. Select "Internet Email" and click "Next".
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Your Name: Your name as you want it to appear in the "From" field.
    • Email Address: Your Netvigator email address (e.g. [yourname]@netvigator.com).
    • Account Type: POP3.
    • Incoming mail server: pop.netvigator.com.
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.netvigator.com.
    • User Name: Your Netvigator email address (e.g. [yourname]@netvigator.com).
    • Password: Your Netvigator email password.
  5. Click "Next" and then "Finish".

Step 3: Configure the account settings

  1. Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
  2. Select the Netvigator account and click "Change".
  3. In the "Change E-mail Account" window, select "More Settings".
  4. In the "Internet E-mail Settings" window, select the "Outgoing Server" tab.
  5. Check the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
  6. Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
  7. Click "OK" to close the "Internet E-mail Settings" window.
  8. Click "OK" to close the "Change E-mail Account" window.

Step 4: Test the account

  1. Go to the Outlook main window and click on the "Send/Receive" button or press F9 to send and receive emails.
  2. If everything is set up correctly, you should be able to send and receive emails using your Netvigator account in Outlook 2015.
