The classic "New Mail Alert" popup in Outlook!

To enable or disable the "New Mail Alert" popup in Outlook, follow these steps:

For Outlook 2016 and later versions:

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Options" and then select "Advanced" from the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Alerts" section.
  4. Under "New Mail Alert", toggle the switch to "On" or "Off" to enable or disable the popup.

For Outlook 2013 and earlier versions:

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Options" and then select "Advanced" from the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Alerts" section.
  4. Under "New Mail Alert", click on the "Alerts" button.
