To download Office 365 email, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using Outlook Web App

  1. Go to the Outlook Web App (OWA) by signing in to your Office 365 account at outlook.office365.com.
  2. Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear icon) in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on "View all Outlook settings".
  4. Scroll down to the "Mail" section and click on "Download emails".
  5. Select the email account you want to download emails from.
  6. Choose the date range for which you want to download emails.
  7. Click on "Download" to start the download process.

Method 2: Using Outlook Desktop App

  1. Open the Outlook desktop app on your computer.
  2. Sign in to your Office 365 account using your credentials.
  3. Click on the "File" menu and select "Open & Export".
  4. Click on "Export to a file" and then select "Outlook Data File (.pst)".
  5. Choose the email account you want to download emails from.
  6. Select the date range for which you want to download emails.

Method 3: Using Microsoft's Email Download Tool

  1. Go to the Microsoft Support website and download the "Email Download Tool" (EDT) from www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135.
  2. Run the EDT tool and follow the prompts to connect to your Office 365 account.
  3. Select the email account you want to download emails from.
  4. Choose the date range for which you want to download emails.
  5. Click on "Download" to start the download process.

Note: The EDT tool is only available for Windows operating systems.
