Ohsu email login outlook

To log in to your OHSU email account using Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Account" or "Account Settings" (depending on the version of Outlook you're using).
  3. Click on "Manual setup or additional server types" and select "POP or IMAP".
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Your name: Enter your full name as you want it to appear in your email signature.
    • Email address: Enter your OHSU email address in the format of [your_username]@ohsu.edu.
    • Account type: Select "POP" or "IMAP" depending on your preference.
    • Incoming mail server: Enter "imap.ohsu.edu" for IMAP or "pop.ohsu.edu" for POP.
    • Outgoing mail server: Enter "smtp.ohsu.edu".
    • User name: Enter your OHSU username (the same as your email address without the "@ohsu.edu" part).
    • Password: Enter your OHSU password.
  5. Click "Next" to continue.
  6. If prompted, select the "Remember password" option to save your login credentials.
  7. Click "Finish" to complete the setup process.

Note: If you're using a mobile device, you may need to download and install the OHSU Outlook app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
