Open email relay outlook

To open an email relay in Outlook, you'll need to set up a new account or modify an existing one. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Method 1: Set up a new email relay account in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account.
  2. Select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
  3. Choose Internet Email and click Next.
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Your Name: Your name as you want it to appear in emails.
    • Email Address: The email address you want to use for the relay.
    • Account Type: Select POP3 or IMAP (depending on your email provider's requirements).
    • Incoming mail server: Enter the IP address or hostname of the email relay server.
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Enter the IP address or hostname of the email relay server.
    • User Name: Enter the username for the email relay account.
