Borderlands 3 is a looter-shooter game developed by Gearbox Software, and "Open Mail" is a feature that allows players to open and claim rewards from their in-game mail.

To open mail in Borderlands 3, follow these steps:

1. Access the Menu: Press the Start button on your controller or the Esc key on your keyboard to open the game's menu.
2. Select the "Social" Tab: In the menu, navigate to the "Social" tab, which is usually represented by a icon of two people or a mailbox.
3. Choose "Mail": Within the Social tab, select the "Mail" option.
4. Open Your Mail: Your in-game mail will be displayed, showing any new messages or rewards you've received. Select the "Open" option to claim your rewards.

Note: You can also open mail by interacting with the mailbox in the game's hub world, Sanctuary III.
