Optimum Voice Mail is a voicemail service provided by Optimum, a telecommunications company that offers internet, TV, and phone services to customers in the United States. Here are some common features and instructions for using Optimum Voice Mail:

Accessing Your Voicemail

  1. To access your voicemail, dial *98 from your Optimum phone.
  2. Follow the prompts to enter your voicemail password (default is 0000, but you can change it to a new password).
  3. You can also access your voicemail online by logging into your Optimum account and clicking on the "Voice Mail" tab.

Recording and Playing Back Messages

  1. To record a new message, press 1 to record a new message.
  2. Speak your message clearly and concisely.
  3. To play back a message, press 2 to play the most recent message.
  4. You can also play back messages by entering the message number (1-10) and pressing 2.

Managing Your Voicemail

  1. To delete a message, press 3 to delete the current message.

  2. Voicemail to Email: You can also have your voicemail messages sent to your email inbox as an audio file. To enable this feature, log into your Optimum account and click on the "Voice Mail" tab.
  3. Call Waiting: Optimum Voice Mail offers call waiting, which allows you to answer an incoming call while you're already on another call. To enable call waiting, log into your Optimum account and click on the "Voice Mail" tab.
