Oswego email login outlook

To log in to your Oswego email account using Outlook, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Account".
  3. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
  4. Select "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Your name: Enter your name as you want it to appear in the "From" field of your emails.
    • Email address: Enter your Oswego email address (e.g. [yourusername]@oswego.edu).
    • Account type: Select "POP" or "IMAP" depending on your preference.
    • Incoming mail server: Enter "mail.oswego.edu" for POP or "imap.oswego.edu" for IMAP.
    • Outgoing mail server: Enter "smtp.oswego.edu".
    • User name: Enter your Oswego username (e.g. [yourusername]).
    • Password: Enter your Oswego password.
  6. Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup process.
