Outbox mail outlook
To access the Outbox in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Outlook Ribbon
- Open Outlook and navigate to the "Mail" folder.
- Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on the "Outbox" button in the "Move" group.
Method 2: Using the Navigation Pane
- Open Outlook and navigate to the "Mail" folder.
- Click on the "Navigation Pane" (usually located on the left side of the screen).
- Click on the "Outbox" folder.
Method 3: Using the Quick Steps
- Open Outlook and navigate to the "Mail" folder.
- Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on the "Quick Steps" button in the "Move" group.
- Click on the "Outbox" option from the dropdown menu.
Once you access the Outbox, you can:
- View the emails that are waiting to be sent
- Edit or delete the emails as needed
- Send the emails by clicking on the "Send" button
- Move the emails to other folders, such as the "Sent Items" folder
Note: The Outbox is a temporary holding area for emails that have been composed but not yet sent. If you close Outlook without sending the emails, they will remain in the Outbox until you reopen Outlook and send them or move them to another folder.
