Outlook 2015 recall mail

In Outlook 2015, you can recall a sent email by using the "Recall This Message" feature. Here's how:

Method 1: Recall a sent email from the Sent Items folder

  1. Open Outlook 2015 and go to the Sent Items folder.
  2. Find the email you want to recall and right-click on it.
  3. Select "Recall This Message" from the context menu.
  4. In the "Recall This Message" dialog box, select the option "Delete unread copies of this message" or "Delete unread copies and replace with a new message".
  5. Click "OK" to confirm.

Method 2: Recall a sent email from the message itself

  1. Open the email you want to recall in a new window.
  2. Click on the "Message" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "Actions" button in the "Move" group.
  4. Select "Recall This Message" from the dropdown menu.
  5. In the "Recall This Message" dialog box, select the option "Delete unread copies of this message" or "Delete unread copies and replace with a new message".
