Outlook 2019 hotmail settings

To set up Outlook 2019 to use your Hotmail account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Outlook 2019

Open Outlook 2019 on your computer.

• Outgoing mail server: Enter "smtp-mail.outlook.com".
• User Name: Enter your Hotmail email address (e.g. [yourname]@hotmail.com).
• Password: Enter your Hotmail password.

Step 7: Click "Next" and then "Finish"

Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup process.

Step 8: Verify your account settings

Outlook will attempt to connect to your Hotmail account using the settings you entered. If everything is correct, you should see a success message. If not, you may need to check your account settings and try again.
