Outlook copy forward email
The convenience of copying forward an email in Outlook!
To copy forward an email in Outlook, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Forward" button
- Open the email you want to forward in Outlook.
- Click the "Forward" button in the top toolbar or press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+R.
- In the "Forward" window, enter the email address(es) of the person(s) you want to forward the email to.
- You can also add a new subject line or modify the original subject line if needed.
- Click the "Send" button to forward the email.
Method 2: Using the "Forward" option in the context menu
- Open the email you want to forward in Outlook.
- Right-click on the email in the reading pane or in the folder list.
- Select "Forward" from the context menu.
- Follow the same steps as in Method 1 to enter the email address(es) and modify the subject line (if needed).
- Click the "Send" button to forward the email.
Method 3: Using the "Quick Steps" feature
- Open the email you want to forward in Outlook.
- Click on the "Quick Steps" button in the top toolbar or press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Q.
- Select "Forward" from the Quick Steps menu.
- Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) you want to forward the email to.
- You can also add a new subject line or modify the original subject line if needed.
- Click the "Send" button to forward the email.
That's it! Your email is now copied forward to the recipient(s) you specified.
